This village has its own constitution
We are talking about Malana village located in Himachal Pradesh. This village is located in the remote area of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh . To reach here from Kullu 45km distance has to be covered. For this one can go from Manikaran route via Kasol via Malana Hydroelectric Plant. It’s not easy to get here though. Only one Himachal Transport bus goes to this village, which leaves from Kullu at three in the afternoon.
Despite being a part of India, this village in Himachal Pradesh has its own court. You will be surprised to know that the village also has its own parliament, which has two houses– Jyotsanga (Upper House) and little finger (Lower House) . Total in Senior House 11 members, Three of these actors, There are gurus and priests, who are permanent members. The remaining eight members are elected by the villagers through voting. . Apart from this, every house in the village has one member representative in the junior house. There is a historic Chaupal in this village which is the parliament building. , where decisions on all disputes are given.
There is a secret hidden in language too
The rules and language of Malanagaon are quite mysterious. Actually any tourist who comes to visit this village cannot stay here. It is believed that if any tourist comes to visit this village, he has to stay in a tent outside the village. Apart from this, touching any house or outside wall is also prohibited in this village. If someone does this even by mistake, he has to pay a fine. The Kanashi language is spoken here. which is quite mysterious. Actually this language is not spoken anywhere else in the world except Kanashi village.
